Jim Henson was a goddamned Masonic shill and super creepy predator. Did you see the Satanic guy he got his funding from?

That was amazing. Thanks for the great effort put into this.

I’m sorry to break this to you, but The Dark Crystal was a series before Jim made it a movie.

This is actually the first TV show I can remember watching... Ever.

Now it makes more sense why HBO bought Sesame Street. They had history with Jim Henson.

Wonder how many people liked this video after the intro and immediately turned it off... in-vid.net/video/%E0%A4%B5%E0%A5%80%E0%A4%A1%E0%A4%BF%E0%A4%AF%E0%A5%8B-PdWxiUUK33k.html

Art, entertianment, Puppetry, robotics, New Mdeia....3 decades later, and we _still_ can't imagine our world without this man's genius. Thank you, Kermit; we still miss you. But don't worry; your message got through. Your children still carry it in our hearts, and live a little bit of it everyday. That's a Promise.

I miss this show on TV... It was always so cute and positive overall... It wrapped up by the time I was of age to get it... and each time I watch it I find new stuff, just like Labyrinth and The Dark Crystal.

172 people should have had the chance to watch Fraggle Rock as children. I really think the message sunk in more than I've ever known, amazing video, please make this a part of one big Jim Henson Documentary.

This is probably my favorite DeFunct TV series you guys made on your channel!! I love how you explore deep facts of Mr. Henson himself & his creations that had never caught while reading his biography!

I love the Dark Crystal's imagery, but I found the story could have been stronger, and the main character was kind of boring. I was way more interested in the Skeksis, pod people, all the animals and creatures, and the female Gelfling, even though she lived a farmer's life as compared to an oracle's apprentice. Which they never really use, I always thought he would be way cooler if he knew a little bit of magic or something. But my favourite part is when the boy just...flops out of a two-story window. I don't think it was supposed to be funny, but it's the funniest part of the whole movie.

Well Jim didn’t achieve world peace, but he created something that none of us kids from the 80’s can forget and a song that’ll be in our heads forever

For some reason I always thought Fraggle Rock was a one hit wonder of TV. Huge success at first, but lost steam and failed to succeed long term. But that show lasted 5 seasons? I guess it’s overshadowed by Henson’s other 2 brands at the time.

Fraggle Rock was my favorite TV show growing up (alongside Sesame Street and, more importantly, The Muppet Show)! Jim Henson was a master at creating bright, vibrant shows that children could learn good values and life lessons from. I still have The Muppet Show and parts of Fraggle Rock on DVD that my kids like to watch with me.

HBO, the extra co$t Premium cable TV channel: As an "enhanced basic cable tv" customer, this channel wasn't available. ("Fraggle Rock"? What's that? "Kids TV"? Pass.)

Anybody see the gender correlation between the fraggles being like carefree females and doozers being mindless worker slave males? Doozers rebuild. Fraggles destroy.

"Everyone is magic, the silly creatures are just sometimes too silly to remember that. You can not leave the magic." Marge the trash-heap, revered oracle of the fraggles. If only the silly creatures used their magic to look at those that they consider trash-heaps and see them as wise beings with useful words of insight to learn from... Perhaps the silly creatures living in outer space would be much happier... but how could a prince with no silly creatures in his own kingdom possibly understand about any of that... if only the silly creatures knew the prince sits, thinking and dreaming about them all... because he just wants to meet them and understand them. (I can recall what episode that message was from) it was a long time ago and I haven't watched it in 20+ years. But that was something that sat with me in my mind for a long time.
